DUX Enterprise Changes With My Account, patrons now see the word “Alert” instead of “Delinquent” (Note: “Delinquent” still appears in WorkFlows for staff use) The word “Stacks” has replaced “Standard Shelving Location” NYT Times Bests Sellers: Find In My Library now searches Author/Title instead of ISBN: this allows multiple formats to display “available” number count was removed from the hit list and we are working on removing it from the tab did not accurately reflect what was available on shelf (included reference and other unavailable locations) and the two numbers didn’t always match

Announced June 4 Symphony holds allowed Enterprise holds blocked Non-SWAN RB and Chicago patrons can in the My Account area of Enterprise: Change their PIN, Set preferences, Setup text messaging, View checkouts, Renew items if eligible for renewal, Cancel holds, Change Pickup point (only to those libraries that have opted in to “Pickup Anywhere”), Suspend holds, Un-suspend holds, and View fines The only thing they can’t do is place a hold!
