You are going to be in charge of a DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Task List the NEEDS of this area. Re-design the area shown on the map in a way that you think would be appropriate. The land use is currently old industrial and low quality residential. You may like to change the land use. Be ready to present your ideas at a planning meeting.
