ICTs have become de-facto drivers of modern economies and livelihoods in both established & developing economies. 4

ICT is accepted in Kenya as the pillars in moving the country to full potential, industrialization and self reliance. 2. The country is on track 4 Green initiatives for ICT and by ICT. 3. The Regulatory efforts should be enhanced to ensure compliance. 15
