What is perceptual/inattentional blindness? When a person fails to notice something that is in plain sight. They have a narrow view (spotlight vision). Examples in our field: -Target behaviors need to be eliminated/reduced -Manage and controlling people through manipulation -Using aversive or coercive acts to help them improve -Their success is identified as the reduction of target behaviors
