Body, Mind & Spirit

 1. Zone: The simultaneous union and interplay of our body, mind and spirit.  2. Wholeness: Body, Mind and Spirit!!!  3. Realm of Full potential: Our incredible possibilities.  4. Awareness: We are far too rushed, forever in the future and consequently not in the here and now.  5. Hai: Another word for health.

 6. Corporalita: Cultivating BMS; becoming more comfortable with their interrelatedness.  7. Mediocrity: We are consumed with safety, and comfort rather than seeking adventure.  8. Chi: Vital energy / the force of life  9. Sfumato: The Role of Mystery  10. Connessione: Everything is connected to everything else. Recognize that nothing exists in isolation.

 NONRESISTANCE  11. Use them and blend with nature and Flow with things as they are.  12. Do not impose your will but rather work with what you have.  ACCOMODATION  13. Once you recognize the inevitability of the principle, you become responsible  14. Become aware that your success depends upon the demands you are willing to make.  15. You become responsible for your own self. You become a partner with creation.
