 What are the stated goals of my program(s)?  How do I measure the achievement of those goals?  How can we be sure we are all measuring in the same way?  Could I prove (with data) in an audit that students in my program(s) can do _____ ?

 Should the content of a course be the same regardless of campus or section of the course within a campus?  Should the rigor of the course be universal?  Should the expectation for student achievement be the same?  Should the measurement of that student achievement be the same?
