Pasay is considered as one of the child trafficking hot spots having the highest number of bars and prostitution dens employing victims of trafficking. There are still grade 5-6 students who are non- readers as per teachers’ assessment Due to poverty, it is normal to see 3 or more families living under one roof Pasay is awarded as a Child Friendly City
