Limited Membership Fees $35League Only, No tournaments (Use for Girls 12-18U) Note: Boys & all girls 11U and younger should use cheaper full memberships. Limited to Iowa Region Sanctioned leagues only. No full tournaments allowed. Upgrades are available. $15Tryout, October 7- November 25, Limited to 5 Tryout dates only Upgrades required before participating in practices and events.

Junior Team Staff- Adults & Juniors Memberships and Screenings required for anyone working with Junior age members. $18Background Screening (every 2 years) Required for any staff 18 years of age or older. Junior Team Staff- Juniors All Juniors working with Junior teams must have a background screening if they are 18 yrs. old or when they turn 18 yrs. old $50Junior Aged Girls working with junior teams, or $30Junior Aged Boys working with junior teams Either may assume the adult score role 15-18’s may work with 14u and younger teams 17-18’s may work with 15u teams.

Junior Team Staff- Requirements Further Requirements that must be completed 1.Adult & Junior staff must complete the Junior Club Personnel Code of Ethics - each year. o For Adults the form will be part of the online membership process o For Juniors they will need to complete the paper form with parent signature and submit. 2.Junior coaches must be 2 year older than the team they are coaching. 3.Junior Coaches must ALWAYS have a USAV registered adult head coach at least 21 years old present with them at all practices and events.

Junior Team Staff- Certifications Mandatory certifications: 1.SafeSport training and certification o One time certification that must be completed by Feb 15 th of the first season. 2.IMPACT Coaches Training- USAV coaching course only need once in Iowa Region. o Required of all Head and Assistant coaches by Feb 15 th of the first season o New in season. Local League coaches must complete the Iowa Region Risk Management course by Feb 15 th and complete the IMPACT training course by Feb 15 th of their second year unless the are coaching on regular season teams.
