Page 5  MEEA’s Building Operator Certification (BOC) training includes nearly 60 hours of classroom and project work (6.1 CEUs) in building systems operation and maintenance. 6 full days in class; one meeting a month  AFE’s Building Operator Certification Program two levels of certification, Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or Certified Plant Supervisor (CPS). The focus is maintenance Training is offered out of state and is typically four days long with the examination included. Comparison to Other Programs
