Hanchya Sathgally Block Houses 3.Rehabilitation of 46 selected slums of Mysore city(2500 Houses) 90.93KSCB As per in the SLEC meeting held on ,Tenders were finalized. Package 1(300 Houses) was rejected as it was a conditional Tender. Package 2(396 Houses), Package 3(348 Houses) & Package 7(Providing Infrastructure for 5 Slums) have been approved.For balance 1456 houses land is awaited( For Package 4,5 & 6)..

Project Cost:Rs crores Work awarded on: Contract period: 18 months excluding monsoon period (3 months) 85.25KSRTC M/s. Nagarjuna Construction company Limited is the lowest bidder. MoA b/n M/s. NCCL and KSRTC took place. Work started in Kuvempunagar(60 lakhs), RS Naidunagar(45 lakhs), Sathagalli (125 lakhs)and Muffosil bus station. Work needs to be commenced in Ilawala, CBS and at Chamundi hills. An amount of Rs. 715 lakhs has been executed against the target of 703 lakhs till the mid of December 2008.
