 Mrs Barnes  Mrs Cooper  Miss Summerhays  Mrs Gibson  Mrs Setterfield

 Children will line up in the hall in classes and alphabetical order  All medicine should be handed to Mrs Gibson  We will then leave at approximately 9:30 The children will wave goodbye!

 Drive down to Swanage Bay on the coach  Stop at Moors Valley Park (ten miles north of Bournemouth) for a comfort break  Arrive in Swanage in time for lunch on the beach  The children will then have an ice cream or small treat bought for them with their business enterprise money

 The children will be able to settle into their rooms at the YHA Swanage, unpack and make their beds!  We will then go on a walk through the woodlands of Durlston Country Park to a look out point for a stunning view across the sea  We will return to the hostel in time for dinner  Team building games  Medicine (if required)  Sleep(no showers)!

 Have a delicious breakfast  Head down into the town where the children will have the opportunity to go shopping  Have lunch on the beach  Catch the steam train to Corfe Castle, which has been funded by the business enterprise project  Explore Corfe castle  Return to school by 5pm

 YHA Swanage  Overlooking the sea

 2 – 8 children in a room  All children will be with a friend  All on the same floor  Shottermill staff will be on duty  YHA staff on duty 24 hours

 A packed lunch for the first day  Waterproof coat  Change of clothes  Socks  Toiletries: deodorant, toothbrush, small flannel  Sunhat  Sturdy trainers  Sun cream  Water bottle  Pyjamas  £10  All to fit inside a rucksack which they will be carrying with them

 Spray deodorants  Mobile phone  We will be in constant contact with the school  Watch our Twitter feed to see all the fun we are having!

 We will ensure that we have a supply of Calpol and basic first aid provisions  We will be taking all medication that is in the office  If your child does require anything additional then it needs to be handed in on the day of travel in a compact bag clearly labelled with the child’s name, dosage required and time of day it needs to be taken
