Team Objectives Provide Youth Center To: Create a place where children of all ages can come and meet Have access to various types of information –Internet –Books, music and magazines –Various sports equipment and fields/courts –Get after school help with homework
Major Criteria for Youth Center Transportation/Accessibility Close to major roads Close to existing bus stops Construction Considerations Close to major roads for easy access for construction vehicles/workers All utilities within a reasonable proximity to the site

Major Criteria for Youth Center Impediments to Construction Not within flood zones Land is undeveloped and available Zoned Commercial for immediate construction Enough land to build Youth Center on and have needed parking located on site
