Ontario’s Provincial E-Learning Strategy The provincial e-learning strategy provides provincially funded school boards, school authorities, and provincial schools with some key tools: a learning management system (LMS or D2L) a learning object repository (Ontario Educational Resource Bank - OERB) access to credit courses access to online resources for classrooms a seat reservation system (SRS) a community of practice (e-Community). Potential Applications to Address Unique Circumstances School B GLD2O  School A GLN4O   School C TCJ Teacher  This model can be used to assist small schools in offering a greater diversity of programs within their own building: Lack of school technical facilities Limited access to specialist teachers Note that there is a distance between teacher and student, or between student and student in a given course.
