Ontario’s Provincial E-Learning Strategy The provincial e-learning strategy provides provincially funded school boards, school authorities, and provincial schools with some key tools: a learning management system (LMS or D2L) a learning object repository (Ontario Educational Resource Bank - OERB) access to credit courses access to online resources for classrooms a seat reservation system (SRS) a community of practice (e-Community).
