How does it work? The two components of the system are designed to: 1. Interact with the client 2. Immobilise the vehicle

The timline Red : The payment date has fallen due and it is time for the customer to enter a receipt code. the number 3 on the keypad flashes to remind the customer they have only 3 days left to enter the receipt code. 3 days before the vehicle immobilises, the number 3 on the keypad flashes to remind the customer they have only 3 days left to enter the receipt code. 2 days before the vehicle immobilises, The number 2 on the keypad flashes to remind the customer they have only 2 days left to enter the receipt code. 1 day before the vehicle immobilises, The number 1 on the keypad flashes to remind the customer they have only 1 days left to enter the receipt code.

What does it do for the client? Have access to the Free security feature that is built into the On-Time unit allowing the client to immobilise their vehicle when it is unattended. Helps Clients to avoid Late Payment Penalties by reminding clients of their payment status. Allows clients to buy a vehicle that may not meet standard credit requirements.

Some facts If a client knew they would lose the use of their vehicle if they did not keep up with their payments, what do you think they would do? US studies showed using the OnTime system, delinquent accounts drop by up to 82% and Repo’s by 73%.

On Time in media

How does it benefit a financial institution? Ensures you get paid on timeCost Neutral to you (Client pays for the service as a condition of finance.)Improves your cashflowReduces Collection costsIncreases the client base

Product feature

Reporting Reporting software is a Windows based program and it accessed by a login on our website.

Features and benefits On Time has no geographical limitation as it does not need to communicate with the vehicle On Time is user-friendly and does not require the customer to negotiate with their ignition each time they start their vehicle On Time has no moving parts to malfunction and has no effect on the Electronic Computer Module or Factory Warranty of vehicles On Time is completely safe; it is impossible for the system to disable the vehicle while the engine is running On Time has an emergency code feature which enables the customer to start the vehicle in a real emergency (limited use applies) On Time ensures that payment dates remain as stated in the finance contract because it has its own clock and back up battery On Time is a proven technology that has sold over 1.2 million units to date On Time is international patent-protected technology GB

Other information Automated, extremely effective pro-active service that prevents payment problems before they occur. Inter-active service that provides Visual and Audible signals to remind the client the status of their payments. After each loan payment, a new payment receipt code needs to be entered into the VP unit to ensure they can start their car. The only way to get a new payment receipt code is for them to pay their loan on time. You control the release of the CODE.

What it won’t do Safeguard Payment Systems is not a magic pill or a substitute for poor lending processes. The desired results are only achievable if due diligence is exercised when approving loans and the issue of receipt codes is tightly managed. If a borrower doesn't have the income capacity to make regular loan payments or if they lose the use of their vehicle, Safeguard Payment Systems will have no effect on the loan's performance. Where capacity, intention and incentive to pay does exist however, the service is extremely effective at making customers prioritise their car payments, regardless of past payment behaviour.

Safeguard Payment Systems Service Fully managed service includes24 x 7 Service availability and Support Free reportingUnretrieved codes: early warning indicator of possible problems Safeguard Payment Systems units can not stop a running engineIt is a starter interrupt systems that stops the starter motor starting and not the engine
