Attestation Requirements Be tobacco-free If you are a current tobacco user, attempt to quit tobacco HealthChoice members receive coaching and medications at no cost through the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline – through a cost-sharing agreement with the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) 2922

Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline Free personalized assistance by professional Quit Coaches A series of up to five scheduled telephone sessions - with additional calls as needed HealthChoice members are eligible for up to 12 weeks of patches, gum, or lozenges via mail order 2922

Outstanding Quit Coaches Trained in well-researched coaching skills 240 hours of cessation training Educated up to graduate level Over 50% with 3+ years experience in counseling “I am so impressed with the professionalism, the knowledge and the sincere interest you have in helping me ….
