With best wishes, Mrs Jane Laurie Head teacher We are seeking to appoint a well qualified School Business Manager to join the staff at Fair Oak Junior School, who is: enthusiastic, innovative and highly effective. The school office is a busy and dynamic environment and is crucial to the smooth running of the school. We are looking for a School Business Manager who will assist the Head teacher and the governing body in managing the administrative, personnel and premises functions within the school and to maintain effective systems of financial control. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and will show a true desire to contribute to this process at a strategic level. Key to your success will be: Experience of working in an educational context Strong management and financial experience The ability to lead on areas, such as health and safety and finance The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively as part of a team and must be a positive role model to the whole school community. This is an opportunity for you to bring your experience and expertise to a large junior school and help shape its future.
