Your password is your birthdate in the YYMMDD format. Having difficulty? Stop by the Information Desk, or give us a call!

10/15/20155 What Can We Do For You? Our Circulation and Information Desks are staffed by information experts! Find the items you need in the Course Reserves Borrow books through Interlibrary Loan Explore out collection of Print and Electronic Resources Learn your way around with Orientations and Tutorials Get help with Copying and Copyright Book a Group Study Room, exclusively for student use!

10/15/20156 Information Desk Our friendly staff can assist you with any of the following: Learning how to use the library Finding materials in the catalogue or on the shelves Choosing and navigating the right database for your topic Creating search strategies Suggesting alternative information sources Working with computers, printers and photocopiers

10/15/20157 Course Reserves What’s a Course Reserve? Sometimes, your instructors will place an item on reserve. That means that it is available for in-library use for all students. How do I find them? Not sure if a teacher put an item on reserve? Check with them, or come in and ask at the Circulation Desk. How does it work? Bring in your student card and tell us which book you need. Once it’s checked out, you can use it in the library for as long as you need – don’t forget to be considerate of your classmates!

10/15/20158 Interlibrary Loan Need a book or article that we just don’t have? Get it through Interlibrary Loan! To request an item from another library, visit our Information Desk with the following information: For Books: Author, Title, Edition, Date of Publication, ISBN (if known) For Journals: Authors(s), Article Title, Journal name, volume, issue/ date of issue, page number We recommend at least ten days’ notice to ensure you get your request on time. Due dates and renewals of ILL items are at the discretion of the lending library. Due to copyright and viewing rights, we’re not able to provide ILL for DVD/VHS and other AV materials.

10/15/20159 Our Resources There are many different ways to locate our materials, starting with our homepage – Use OneSearch and see items from the print, eBook, and AV collections, and a selection of our online journals. Not all journal databases can be accessed through the OneSearch; the eResources tab can be used to find databases by title or subject. Access our e-resources on campus, or from home.
