Form of the event Take over ETRA? (and/or ISAAC)? Or be ourselves? When, who, how? –Having our own conference (alternate with ETRA). Have the first COGAIN session (conference) together with ETRA –Having our own conference close to ECEM? –Academic output?

Which companies would be sponsors? –Exhibition fee –Sponsorship fee –Do our industrial partners go and sponsor ETRA, ECEM, COGAIN…? –Who underwrites any loss from organising the conference?

Do we want a conference next year? –No. Too ambitious.

Conclusions Having our own conference. Close in time to ECEM? Having a COGAIN session in the next ETRA 2010 First COGAIN conference in Two-three days event. Need sponsors. Ask industrial partners. Academic output. Full papers. Possibility of having Cogain conference 2009 (promised to the commission) together with Vision days at the DTU (May 2009) WE NEED A CONFERENCE IN COMMITTEE?
