Oxfam - Oxfam was originally founded in Oxford - Started out in 1940 and opened the first charity shop in Working in the Third World and in the UK - Over 1200 shops worldwide / 3 shops in York - Focus work on life basic – food, water, health - They own the most profitable charity retail shop
Area of responsibility - Working on the till - Sorting clothes - Searching and listing product codes - Steaming clothes - Making phone calls
Autohorn (Fleet service)
Autohorn Job title:Finance Administrator Area of responsibilities: - Post (distribution and collection) - Matching the cash correctly on customer accounts (PDQ) Knowledge: - Office administration & bookkeeping procedures - Accounts payable/accounts receivable
Area of Responsibility - Arranging the keys and V5‘s (registration of the cars) - 6-month-letter - Arranging folders - Tax discs - Listing the damages of the cars of the customers - Checking invoices - Time sheets of the employees

England - Deutschland - In Germany the employees are more disciplined and productive - England people are more polite and they are more tactful - The boss is at eye level with his employees - Small talk (→ all the time) - All shops are closing at 5 p.m.
Work - school We think that going to work is better than school, because we are doing work we‘ve learned (or going to learn) and we are interested in. It's better to do something you like than sitting in school and learning every day.
