UBS Mortgage Vision "We are the Team that builds the success of UBS Mortgage LLC, a team that focuses on providing clients with superior service through a private mortgage banking experience, in the context of an overall wealth management strategy"

Research Question Did the implementation of the UBS Mortgage company vision build a company identity at the individual team member level?

Do team members –Value a vision statement? –Understand the UBS vision? –Recognize company goals and objectives? –Experience increased confidence in the company? What I needed to know
