Introduction Shams the Palestine company for computer Palestine computer and information systems was Founded in 1998 by Medhaat sha'alan.

Define problem and why you selected this problem :- The company suffers from some of the problems that cause inconvenience for staff, customers, suppliers and these Problems 1- large paper that we are dealing with it. 2-the accumulation of securities on the office staff. 3- the difficulty of the search and retrieval of information required. 4- The difficulty of storage management company. 5- easily the loss and damage to some of the files documents inside. and

The suitable solution and why :- Conversion of the manual system to a computerized system will facilitate the work of the company. The characteristics of the system: easy. 2 - accuracy. 3 - speed. 4 - organizing data. 5 - Increasing the efficiency of work. 6 - Increased the company's profit.

Determine the actors :- 1- Director of sales. 2- Director of maintenance. 3- Director Albermjat. 4- Employees of the maintenance. 5- Employees of the sales and purchases.

Project requirements :- We need to analyze that project: 1) project manager 2)system analyst 3) a responsible for Official oversight and reporting * laptop _ * MS project, Ms Visio, excel,word processors, Stationery notes,pens) * mobile to commutate with project members and the company owner.

Count Project requirements :- Requirements of the project is divided into two sections: 1 - Software / It is a particular software company manages and works to facilitate transactions and provide security and privacy. 2 - Hard ware / a concrete physical tools used by the company in its work. The sale of all computers and accessories Player, Various computer's devices such as ram,CPU,HARD DISK,MIC.,COMPUTERS AND LAPTOPS ) * Maintenance and installation of all PCs, monitors and printers. * Provide advice and technical support in information technology.

Feasibility study : In order to implement the project must do pre-feasibility study for all the steps that will do it and all the costs involved, there are programs and inputs such as spare Hard ware and maintenance operations, development, and after all these processes produces the output so that a small percentage of error.
