Module Results In order to interpret your modular results it is vital to understand the points needed to achieve each grade. Think in terms of points rather than grades. You need to know how many marks each module is out of - it will vary for each subject and you need to check this with your subject teachers. Remember that most subjects are 2 Units for AS while some are 3 Units.

What do the grades mean? Recent Assessment grade – this will be your January Unit grade or if you did not sit an exam a recent assessment or combination of assessed pieces of work ALIS Target grade – this is the target which is produced centrally and is based on your GCSE results against national measures Current Predicted grade – this is the grade that your teachers feel is the most likely grade you will end up with in August and is based on all previous modules and your current performance
