Maintaining Lifelong Fitness and Wellness

Aging – A progressive decline in the maximum functional level of individual cells, whole organs, and entire organisms. 2 Main Groups of Aging Theories – 1. Natural and programmed into the body. 2. Result of damage that is accumulated over time. Theories of Aging Theories of Aging – look at each of the 7 theories.
