Trusting through the storm Mark 4:35-41

Trusting through the storm Jesus leads us into storms for a purpose.

Trusting through the storm “Remember how the LORD your God led you all the way in the wilderness these forty years, to humble and test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands. He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.” Deuteronomy 8:2-3

Trusting through the storm Jesus determines when to stop the storm (drought).

Trusting through the storm “Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced a harvest.” James 5:17-18

Trusting through the storm Therefore, let us continually pray to the One who can save and deliver us.
