With Self Service IU, students will now be able to securely access their personal student information via the web!

With S.S. IU you can gain access to your: student account payments and balances grades registration activity financial aid status financial aid awards …and much more! Let’s take a look at how you access S.S. IU, how you login, and how you can use S.S. IU!

Over the next few minutes, we’ll show you how to Login and navigate through S.S. IU. We’ll also show you some examples of how to view your personal student information.

With S.S. IU you can view your registration history. To do so, follow these steps: Login to S.S. IU Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ Click on ‘Registration Information’ Click on ‘Registration History’ Now we’ll guide you through a few examples…

This is your Registration History. This page details your course registrations as well as your Final Grades (if available).

With S.S. IU you can view your weekly class schedule in an easy to read format. Follow these steps do so: Login to S.S. IU Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ Click on ‘Registration Information’ Click on ‘Week at a Glance’

This is your Weekly Schedule for the selected week. Here you can see the times, dates, and locations of your courses. You can enter a date to see your schedule for any week you are registered for a class.

With S.S. IU you can also view your account information in detail. To view your account details, follow these steps. Login to S.S. IU Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ Click on ‘Student Account’ Click on ‘Account Detail for Term’

This is your Account Detail, listed by term. Here you can see your Charges, Payments, & Balance. This is the first part of the page. Use your scroll bar to scroll down and see the rest of the page. For this demonstration, the rest is shown on the next slide.
