Adapting TC working to bring improvements to ward culture and working environment : Stage 1 Not a new philosophy but restoring a therapeutic balance within the staff : patient working relationships Distress : Anger : Hope & Hopelessness are embedded in social relationships and improve or deteriorate within this context
