What were the STRENGTHS of today’s assessment? Broad representation from participants Quality discussions Diverse perspectives Passion and energy in the room Good and thorough planning/well organized Inclusive Strong facilitation Engaging process Health equity focus

What were the WEAKNESSES of today’s assessment? Questions were confusing/too specific and/or too general Lack of prior or technical knowledge Lots of material to cover Time constraints – wished for more discussion Complex process – difficult to understand at first Large groups Too long
