Here is another way to view items about this transaction.

Edit the GL coding from here.

The object code is incorrect, as we can see by the red X. By clicking on the magnifying glass we can see what object codes are correct and a definition of the codes.

You can change the columns to see what information you want to. You can also rearrange them by simply clicking and dragging the column. Completely customizable.

Pick the group to add the new user to and then fill out the below information. This requires the same information as the old software.

Go to: Accounts>Spend Control Profiles

Choose a name and reassign or add the account.

Go to Administration>Organization> Users to find the Actions tab to reset passwords or send the User information.
