Census – 32 active pregnant women – 8 post delivery Phases – Phase 1 Enrollment through post 6 months delivery – Phase 2 Post 6 months from delivery to 18 months post delivery 3

Since Institution of program – Over 400 babies delivered drug free (99% of enrolled members delivered drug free) – Added support services, in addition to medical service Mental health assistance Court assistance DHS assistance Education resources Employment guidance 4
