Alternative teaching strategies provide two different approaches to teaching the same information. The learning outcome is the same for all students however the avenue for getting there is different. 3 Alternative or Differentiated Teaching

All: Mrs. Nelm and Ms Boch are using two very different strategies for teaching the same concept. Mrs. Nelms is utilizing a hands on approach to teach area while Ms. Boch is using grid paper for another group of students to teach area.
