Our lighting was limited and no smart board was available to display minutes or financials. Those will be voted on and approved at the November meeting. First Vice President, Ron Ring (Not Present): March 21 is the tailgate fundraiser. It will be at St. Sava again and the cost will be the same as last year. A deposit has been made. Team Reps should be collecting money from their teams to construct a basket for the March fundraiser. Second Vice President, Chip Bell: Nothing to Report. Secretary, Mary Grace Dimitrijevs: Nothing to report. The minutes will be voted on at the November meeting. Treasurer, JoAnn Farwell (Not Present): Due to the power outage, the report was not available. It will be presented and voted on at November meeting. The current equity exceeds $56,000.

Membership, Julie Seballos: (Not Present) We have 104 Platinum memberships. This number puts us slightly behind last year. Team Reports, Jennifer Starinsky: Fall sports are wrapping up their seasons.

BEE Athletic Boosters Executive Meeting October 8, 2014 Attendees: Beth O’Donnell, Jennifer Starinsky, Dan Kalinsky, Chip Bell, Mary Grace Dimitrijevs, and Janice Morgan President, Beth O’Donnell, called the meeting to order at 7:48. Items discussed: Checks have been given to the boosters in the memory of Dave Fulton for the permanent improvement fund. The tennis parents are going to start fundraising for the resurfacing project. JoAnn will set up an account for the funds. The tennis court project includes 2 options. For around $100,000, the new surfacing can be placed over the existing surface. For $250,00, the old court can be completely replaced with a new court and new fencing. The boosters still need to pay $25,000 for the new sound system in the gym. If anyone has questions as to how much money is in any team account, they need to ask the coach. Finally, there was a discussion about how to increase involvement in the boosters. The boosters buy athletic awards, varsity letters for each team, championship t-shirts, and various other items. One suggestion is to have the coaches write letters to display on the booster website recognizing what the boosters have done for their teams in the past.

THE NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, AT 7:00 IN THE MEDIA CENTER. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
