Ithaca-Tompkins County Transportation Council Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Tompkins County, charged with facilitating county-wide transportation planning. ITCTC: works jointly and cooperatively with all transportation related agencies in Tompkins County, to promote comprehensive inter-modal transportation planning. provides transportation-related information and analyses.
