The car is one of the most recognizable inventions of the modern era of the world today. Without cars there would be no suburbs, car trips, and there would be endless drop-offs and pick-ups for parents. The first cars did not have steering wheels. Drivers steered with a lever. The New York City Police Department used bicycles to pursue speeding motorists in The first speeding ticket was issued in In 1916, 55 percent of the cars in the world were Model T Fords, a record that has never been beaten. The first gas gauge appeared in cars in In 1923, 173 new inventions by women for cars had been reported. Among these inventions were a carburettor and an electric engine starter. The first car radio was invented in Buick introduced the first electric turn signals in The Peanuts characters were first animated in 1957 for a Ford Fairlaine automobile commercial. Most American car horns beep in the key of F. The automobile is a recycled consumer product.

Dad needs to get to work He will use 1 of his cars They have two at the moment

Mum needs a car to take the kids to school and then she needs to go to work She will use the other car.

So altogether they have used two cars Not 3 or 4 So families like that only need two cars And even if you have three children they don’t need a car so you would still only need two Plus if you had 3 children and one needed to get to and from university they are old and its their responsibility, its up to them how they get to and from university.

You could also use public transport. Like busses, trains, coaches, and any others you could think of. The reasons why are because they are cheap and are easy to get on and there are plenty of stops so you can get on and off were you like. Your kids and you could always use the bus to get to and from work and school.

A bus is a road vehicle designed to carry passengers. A bus can generally seat more passengers than a minivan. Buses are the most widely used as public transport, although they are also used in tourism and as private transport. They can carry anywhere from 8 to 200 passengers. The most common type of bus is the single-decker bus. Double-decker buses carry bigger loads, and smaller loads are usually carried by minibuses or single-decker busses. A more luxurious version of the bus is the coach. Buses are usually powered by a diesel engine, although early buses were horse drawn and there were experiments with steam propulsion. Trolleybuses use power drawn from overhead power lines. In common with the car industry bus manufacturing is increasingly a globalised activity, with the same design of bus appearing on roads around the world.

trains A train is a connected series of vehicles that move along a track to transport goods or passengers from one place to another. The track usually consists of two rails, but might also be a monorail or maglev guide way. Most modern trains are powered by diesel locomotives or by electricity supplied by overhead wires or additional rails. Other sources of power such as horses, rope or wire, gravity, pneumatics, and gas turbines are possible. The word 'train' comes from the old French trahiner.

Global warming!! Earth has warmed by about 1ºF over the past 100 years. But why? And how? Well, scientists are not exactly sure. The Earth could be getting warmer on its own, but many of the world's leading climate scientists think that things people do are helping to make the Earth warmer. So if we limit ourselves to the amount of cars we can have we might be cutting down our carbon footprint And your grandchildren’s grandchildren’s grandchildren’s children will actually have a pleasant would to live in.

Our conclusions What it looks like is that It would be a good idea if we were limited. Because we would probably reduce our carbon footprints and then the world wouldn’t be getting warmer and warmer.
