A report that you are required to submit after Officer Training Conference (OTC), Region Training Conference (RTC), Leadership Training Conference (LTC) and any other leadership conference Due the 10 th after the event Included in report: event details attendance workshops and any materials used (i.e. flyers, budget form, program, literature samples, etc.)
