Exhibit 2a & 2b - Project Data Sheet Exhibit 2a is the project data sheet (PDS). Exhibit 2b provides instructions to complete each section of the PDS. The PDS is the key exhibit in the five year plan. –The PDS will be discussed in detail in a separate session later today. Department of the Interior December 2007
Exhibit 3 – Deferred Maintenance and Capital Improvement Distribution Use the definitions in Exhibit 1a of Attachment G to Complete Exhibit 3 This exhibit displays the breakout of capital improvement and DM funds in the five year plan by weighting categories Department of the Interior December 2007
Exhibit 4 – Summary Project Data Sheet Use Exhibit 4 to summarize all five year plan projects by fiscal year Displays capital improvement and DM work by individual project. Insert a row for totals for each year on the 5- Year Plan Make sure that the total for each year equals the total provided by your bureau’s budget office Department of the Interior December 2007
