"Education and Labour” ("Edukacja i Praca") has been operating since The company has been active in the following fields:  education: qualifications, vocational qualification standards, curricula, evaluation of training, preparation of expert studies and conducting research;  comparability of qualifications, harmonisation of the education and employment law;  small and medium-size enterprises: supporting initiatives in creating new jobs;  co-operation with the social partners: trade unions and employers;  development of social policy in market economy.

ACHIVEMENTS In 1995 "Education and Labour" produced a publication "Model of Polish Vocational Qualification Standards" and in 1997 several studies on comparability of vocational qualifications in the European Community member states and of quality systems in vocational education. In 1997 another study, "Standardisation of Vocational Qualifications in Modernising Vocational Education" The systems and procedures of certification used in European Union’s Country; in “Quality and certification in education”. PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS In the years I co-ordinated the work of 14 Committees for Curricula for Specialist Vocational Training. The Committees were involved in designing curricula for vocational schools for 208 professions and areas of specialisation lying in the area of responsibility of the Minister of Industry and Commerce. In the years I was Director of the PHARE Foreign Assistance Programmes in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The Socio-Economic Development Programme SED, value 18,0 MECU, co-ordinated by me, was implemented successfully in 100% in planning time. Member of editorial council “Labour Pedagogy” Pedagogika Pracy. The articles are presenting in field: human, job, education.
