Menu Bar
File Menu Save : Be sure to save often Print : We will be able to print our slide show when complete and / or print note pages
Edit Copy and Paste: allows you to copy text, pictures, etc from one place and paste them to another. You must first highlight the material to be copied click on copy then place your cursor where the information should be pasted and click on paste
View Normal: allows to work normally seeing only one slide at a time Slide Sorter: see all slides miniature ; menus available for adding transitions and effects Slide Show: view your presentation
Insert New Slide: inserts the next slide after clicking you will be able to choose the slide’s layout Picture: insert a picture from clipart or a file Chart or Table: Many different charts available to use
Format Font: Change the font size, color, style, etc by highlighting then using this option Apply Design Template: allows you to choose from existing templates for your presentation
Tools Use this feature to check the spelling of your entire presentation.
Slide Show Preset animation: controls the way text comes onto the slide Custom Animation: gives the user more control allowing animation of pictures and graphs as well as text. Also allows addition of sounds.
Help When in doubt ask. Use this feature to type in keywords to find solutions to your questions.

Drawing Toolbar Allows you to draw different shapes Word Art: creates eye catching titles Fill and Line Color Font Color
