Kevin’s Seven Complete 5 of 7 for special recognition 1.Commit to youth exchange program 2.Grow club 5% 3.Do something radical or outside your memberships’ comfort zone 4.Sponsor a new club 5.Team up with another club or non-Rotary group for a new fundraiser 6.Hold meetings in a new, different location at least twice 7.Have 3-5 new members chair a regular Rotary meeting or let Interact/Rotaract chair

Participation - Foundation Every Member Every Year –Clubs qualify when every member makes a donation and the average yearly amount is >$100/member –Based on recent year’s donations this years Foundation goal has been set at $4,000 and we have ~40 members –Everybody should make a donation!!! –We are asking for $25 with first payment of dues

Participation Do one significant thing for Rotary –Sponsor a new member –Organize an event –Coordinate the sponsorship of a charity –Take a board position –…have some fun with it

Follow a Plan Be strategic in our efforts Use a planning calendar to make sure members are on the same page about what is going on in our club Solicit new members to organize events that board members are unable to run
