Page 17 Procedures Xfinity.Liquidus.net is a resource portal available to Comcast 24/7 and provides product order forms, custom feed forms, sell sheets, the Real Estate prospect list and additional supportive material, as well as a demo library for various product formats. The online ordering interface can also be found here. How to Place a Bannerlink Order: All markets are required to use the online order portal for Bannerlink campaign order submissions The order portal is an easy to use interface that walks you through the order process from selecting a Bannerlink format, to uploading assets and entering advertiser information Your Liquidus Account Manger will be alerted via automated once your order is submitted and will respond to you confirming receipt Once the inventory data feed has been received, your Account Manager will create tags and send them to you along with a preview of your Bannerlink campaign An alert will be sent 7 days prior to your Campaign End Date. You may extend any campaign date by sending written request to your Liquidus Account Manager. Liquidus will auto-deactivate campaigns based on the campaign end date unless notified. If applicable: IBV (in-banner video) replacements can be uploaded to the designated FTP found under Sales Resources on Xfinity.Liquidus.net. Please always include the Banner ID when submitting new video. Bannerlink ad tags will be ed to you within 48 hours of Liquidus receiving final inventory feed. Bannerlink turnaround time is typically between 3 – 7 business days. Providing accurate information and all accompanying files at the time you place the order will help to expedite this process.
Page 18 Pricing Bannerlink Pricing: $4 CPM per Bannerlink campaign per month or $250 per Bannerlink campaign per month, whichever is greater Data Fees: A $25 monthly fee will be charged for the first automated data feed A $50 monthly fee will be charged for each additional data feed added to a Bannerlink A $50 monthly fee will be charged to maintain data connection for Bannerlink campaigns serving 500 or less impressions in a given month Comcast will implement and maintain a 20K minimum impression threshold for all active Zoned Bannerlink campaigns and a 40K minimum impression threshold for all active DMA Bannerlink campaigns.
