Change Management Purpose The purpose of SMS Change Management Plan is to coordinate changes across the entire project. The plan will address how the project will ensure the change is handled when it occur. It assume that how a request of change will be approved, analysis, executed.

Change Management Goals Reasonable change activities are planned. Change are identified, defined, evaluated and tracked through completion. Changes are negotiated and communicated to all customer and stakeholder.

Risk Management Purpose A risk is an event or condition that, if it occurs, could have a positive or negative effect on a project’s objectives. Risk Management is the process of identifying, assessing, responding to, monitoring, and reporting risks.
