S ECRETARIAT THE CHANGE TO THE HOST DIVISION RETIREMENT PLAN: A ONE-TIME CHOICE/CHANGE CAN BE DONE AT ANY TIME NOT REVERSIBLE NOT RETROACTIVE

S ECRETARIAT RETIREMENT OPTION PACKAGE SENT TO ALL IDES WITH THE CALL LETTER BY GC SECRETARIAT IDE RETURNS THE FORM TO GC/TRIPS INDICATING HIS/HER CHOICE TO CHANGE TO THE HOST DIVISION IDE CHOICE IS RECORDED BY THE APPROPRIATE GC COMMITTEE THE BASE AND HOST DIVISIONS ARE NOTIFIED BY GC/TRIPS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE CHANGE BASE & HOST DIVISIONS IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE HOST DIVISION RETIREMENT - PROCESS
