Tasks Ensure that there is a rigorous set of procedures and guidelines governing Nexia’s internal operations and its interaction with Members

Role and Duties of the Contact Partner The Role Point of contact for International/regional/umbrella group secretariats and for other members Promoting Nexia within their firm – ensuring staff/employees are kept informed regarding Nexia activity Ensuring their firm meets its Obligations of Membership (see respective Operating Procedure)

Role and Duties of the Contact Partner Duties Ensure incoming communications from member firms firms are acknowledged promptly (at least within 2 working days) Be aware of significant communications between their firm and other members Advise the International Secretariat of changes in personnel/contact/address details

Role and Duties of the Contact Partner Duties continued Ensure administrative requirements from Nexia are met Ensure Nexia information/publications are circulated as appropriate Provide feedback/issues to the Secretariat regarding communication/collaboration with other members Appoint a deputy to perform this role when they are out of the office/on leave etc.
