Step 1 Creation of User Id in SEZ Online System
Click here to initiate user creation Go to website e-ndml.com
Select User category as SEZ Developer
If LOA Reference No. is not available, enter the last 3/4 digits of LOA No. Kindly enter only numbers in this field Click on Submit button after entering the details. On submission, the User Id will get created in the system Enter the LOA No. EXACTLY as mentioned in the LOA letter

Step 2 Filling up the Registration Form Online
Enter user id and password details and click on login button

Select type of SEZ applicable, i.e. if SEZ is for specific sector like Pharma or IT then select second option Tab: General

Step 3 Tracking the status of Registration Request
To view the status of request submitted go to search request Search Request
Select request type as Developer Registration click on search
Click on Request ID to view details Request status will be displayed here Unit can View the status History of the request by clicking here
On clicking view button History will be displayed Search Request
Step 3 Handling deficiency
Handling Discrepancy raised by DC’s Office If DC’s Office finds a discrepancy or needs any clarification with respect to the details submitted by the user in the registration request, he may raise a ‘Query’ If DC’s office raises a query, the request will come back to the Developer user The User can view the registration request from his Inbox & reply. The user will also be able to edit the registration request and re submit Developer User DC’s Office 1.Submit 2.Raise Query 3.Query Response
Login into system and click on the Inbox Click Request ID to view request details The status of the request will be ‘Deficiency’ Handling ‘Deficiency’ raised by the DC’S Office

Step 5 Approval of SRG request
After Approval of the registration request, this Message will be displayed on the Home page of the Developer User Approval of SRG request

Click here to pay the Registration & AMC Charges of SEZ Online System Registration Fee Payment

Step 5 Creation of Administration User

If user want assign Admin rights to himself Click on Make me admin else Click on Create new Admin After selecting, Click on Submit Admin User Creation

If a new admin is created then a Developer regularization account will be deactivated Admin User Creation
