Annual Salary Employee Demand Necessary Degrees Job Outlook Advancement Possibility

Accounting dealt with a lot of financial information It would be a very boring job There were many different types of accounting

You need at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. You don’t need experience to find a job. There is room for advancement. For example, becoming a CPA. The Annual Salary for inexperienced workers is around $40,000. The Annual Salary for experienced workers varies anywhere from $45,000 to $90,000.

The job outlook is good, looking to increase 18% from 2006 to % is greater than the national average. Accounting is a popular job due to a low stress level, high compensation, and fast job placement

Born September 27, American Businessman Fired from Handy Dan Hardware Co-founded Home Depot Business partner fired from Handy Dan Hardware as well Succeeded business partner and became CEO Retired in 2001 Bought the Atlanta Falcons and the Georgia Force Interested in buying other Atlanta Franchises

What inspired you to go into business? Did your experience at Handy Dan Hardware influence your creation of Home Depot? Did you have a previous interest in hardware, or was the creation of Home Depot purely based on your experiences at Handy Dan Hardware? Was Bernie Marcus fired for the same reasons you were? Why did you retire from CEO after such a short period of time?

Eli Mason, one of the more outspoken accountants dies at age 88. He was one of the profession's most vocal critics of the large accounting firms. He went blind in the 1970s, but he refused to use a walking cane or learn Braille. Instead he used his wife and assistants to help him memorize his speeches. He even started playing golf with the help of a pro.

Accounting may be a career to look into more as I get closer to college. I still am worried about the extreme boredom. Even if I get bored of being an accountant, there are plenty of other jobs that I would need the same degrees for.
