EASTER In Italy, but especially in south of Italy, the traditions are deeply felt by the local population. During the Easter season, people welcome the festivity in different ways. In fact, for this special occasion they celebrate rites, but also prepare special dishes for the occasion.

During the holidays the main dishes prepared are: Scarcelle It is a typically dessert Easter in Puglia.
