Principles of developing community based approach Need knowledge and network in the area Need to involve all partners from the early stages including evaluator and parents Need to identify common goals Need to identify common language Recognise that many partners may be dormant Recognise that the primary relationship will be between RSL (if the main sponsor) and the delivery agent (contractor) Working with residents for better homes and stronger communities
