Alumni Tracking Vision Since 2003, BCGC has trained & placed more than 400 Baltimore City residents for jobs that contribute to environmental sustainability. These alumni are scattered throughout the brownfields and residential energy efficiency industries at various professional levels. There is great potential for a strong network of professionals who despite many differences in job scope and level, all have BCGC in common. BCGC envisions a self perpetuating network that shares job leads, best practices, and professional development opportunities.

Strategies Case Management: Case Management Individualized plan to address issues that hinder a trainee’s success Minimum of 1 year after graduation Conversation starts during the second interview phase Weekly schedule starts first week of class Job Retention: Retention tracking is conducted for a minimum of 1 year monthly follow up with graduates monthly follow up with supervisors/employers
