An adjective is a word that describes a noun.

An adjective can tell what kind or how many.

Five sentences that tell what kind. A ugly duckling with horns. A wonderful baseball player. The beautiful Repunzel. A caring, and thoughtful family. The mean, smelly teacher

Five sentences that tell how many. Five little girls with more than their parent's yellow dollars. Repunzel has 21 kids with beaver teeth. I have more dogs and cats than my best friend. She has 8 reptiles and 16 amphibians. We have less than one pair of clothes.
