Employee hires the bike for 12 months - can then buy it at fair market value (~5%) Employee chooses bike and receives quote Employee completes the request online Eligibility check via to payroll department Payment made on following payment run Cyclescheme vouchers sent on payment Voucher collected and agreement is signed (by supervisor and employee) Invoice sent by Cyclescheme fortnightly (Friday) received containing hire agreement Request is approved or declined online

Cyclescheme Admin time is minimal The online system is simple Payroll need to check eligibility and that deductions wont take below threshold *Absolute Maximum 15 minutes for administrator and around 10 minutes for payroll.
