Some of the data will be pre-populated by the state.

In order to print the data that is supplied by the state, you need to “View PDF” from the building’s task list.

Pre-populated enrollment data is for Pre-populated MEAP/MME data is for Information will be updated 4 times a year

Although ELPA and MI-Access data are not supplied by the state, and there are no analysis questions around these data sets, buildings are encouraged to use IGOR to obtain these types of data sets for the SDP/A.

 As part of our organizational improvement efforts, the Data Warehouse/SI team has been analyzing IGOR use statistics  As we have analyzed this data, we have been surprised by some of our findings. We will later share some of that data, and hope to schedule a meeting to share your district specific data with you.  First, we would like to collect your observations about strengths and potential areas of growth for IGOR.

From your district’s perspective, what are IGOR’s strengths?

How frequently do you think teachers/building leaders/district leaders access IGOR? Other users?

From your district’s perspective, how could IGOR be more useful?

 Data sets additional to State  InGA Use  HELGA Use  District Leadership  Building Leadership  Frequent IGOR Planning & Status Meetings with Kent ISD School Improvement Team Representative

 Individual district IGOR meetings with administrative team, district SI team or representative group
